Engineering the
foundations behind
technology.

2SVII is an independent engineering and research platform building developer technologies, electronic systems, infrastructure tools and technical knowledge.

00 — Purpose

Modern products depend on layers of engineering that most people never see. Behind every application, connected device and digital platform are systems, protocols, libraries, circuits, infrastructure and years of technical knowledge.

2SVII works within those layers. We research how technology functions, develop reusable tools and systems, experiment with emerging ideas and publish what we learn.

Research

Research built for understanding and application.

Our research examines technical problems across software, systems, electronics, infrastructure and applied engineering. We publish our methods, findings, limitations and supporting artifacts so that our work can be examined, reproduced and developed further.

Builds

From technical questions to working artifacts.

2SVII Builds documents the engineering process behind our work: prototypes, architecture decisions, circuits, software tools, failed experiments, revisions and the final systems produced through our research and development.

Journal

Engineering knowledge, documented clearly.

The 2SVII Journal publishes research, technical analysis, tutorials, project documentation and informed reporting on engineering and technology. Alongside our own work, we feature selected contributions from people developing meaningful technical ideas and systems.
